We offer a variety of stock color selections of paint, stain, vinyl siding, metal siding/roofing, and shingle roofing to choose from so you can customize your building to look the way you want. Our Amish Mennonite builders can also build interior lofts, tiered shelving, workbenches, and even install electric systems with lights and receptacles.
We have assisted a large number of our customers in bringing their ideas to fruition, from pen and paper to reality. Have a certain layout or design in mind? We will be happy to discuss your ideas, and offer any guidance or advice we can that may help.

All painted buildings receive multiple coats of top of line exterior paint from Sherwin Williams.
You can choose two separate stock colors below for your building’s siding and trim for no additional charge.

If there isn’t a stock paint color that you like, you can also choose any two colors of Sherwin Williams paint for an additional customization fee.

All of our stained buildings receive multiple coats of urethane containing UV stabilizers to improve weather resistance and avoid degradation from sunlight exposure. Our buildings are built to maintain their appearance for many years.
Choose a color from any of the stock urethane colors below, and match it with one of our stock paint colors for no additional charge.

All of our vinyl buildings come with dutchlap vinyl siding with a soft wood grain appearance.

All of our metal siding and roofing are 29 Gauge Agriculture metal panels with a Galvalume coating of zinc, aluminum, and silicone, which helps it resist rust and oxidation.
For metal roofing please choose a color from any of the stock metal colors below. If you are purchasing a metal building, you can choose separate colors for your siding, roofing, and the corner trim on your building for no additional charge.

We offer 3D architectural shingles in the stock colors below for no additional charge. Shingle roofs come standard with 7/16″ OSB sheathing.

We offer a variety of window options to personalize your building.
Aluminum Slider Windows
Our stock aluminum vertical slider windows come with a fixed top window, openable bottom window, decorative grids, and a removable screen. The bottom window is capable of being opened and locked in place at 1/4 open, 1/2 open, 3/4 open, and all the way open. We offer multiple sizes to choose from.

Insulated Vinyl Windows
Our single-hung insulated vinyl windows come with a fixed top window, openable bottom window, decorative grids, interior locks, and a removable screen. These windows offer more insulative value than our standard stock aluminum windows. We offer two sizes to choose from.

Aluminum Transom Windows
Our aluminum transom windows are a great way to add extra natural light in your building. The transom windows are fixed tempered glass and come with decorative grids to give a classic look. We offer two different types of transom windows, one to be installed in dormers like our Transom Dormer Sheds and one that can be installed directly into our 36″ wide wood doors.

Decorative Shutters
We offer decorative shutters that can add an attractive look to the exterior of your building. Choose between painted wood shutters for wood and stained buildings or vinyl louvered shutters for vinyl and metal buildings. All shutters are sold in pairs.

We offer the following custom door options that can be added to your prefab barn, shed, cabin, or garage.
Wood Doors
Our wood doors are made out of the same pre-engineered wood Smartsiding that we use on the exterior of our buildings. Wood doors come with a keyed handle and interior turnbuckle to make the doors work properly for years. Double wood doors feature interior deadbolts to keep one door stationary when not in use. All wood doors come with a diamond plated doorway threshold to prevent damage to the floor from repeated use.

Fiberglass Doors
Our fiberglass doors are pre-primed and ready for paint. Single 36″ fiberglass doors come with a keyed entry handle, double 36″ fiberglass doors will also include interior deadbolts to keep one door stationary and secure when not in use. All fiberglass doors come with a diamond plated doorway threshold to prevent damage to the floor from repeated use.

Prehung Entry Doors
Our prehung fiberglass entry doors feature an exterior brickmold and keyed door knob. Choose between a solid 6 panel look or the added natural light offered by a 9 Lite style. All fiberglass entry doors come pre-primed and ready for paint.

Garage Doors
We offer two types of garage doors, a 6’6″ x 9′ wide self-containing roll up door (includes sliding latch for use with an exterior padlock) as well as a 7’x9′ raised panel door featuring an interior track and locking handle. The raised panel garage doors are able to be used with a motorized garage door opener. All garage doors come with a diamond plated doorway threshold to prevent damage to the floor from repeated use.
