We offer stock Metal Roofing (over Reflective Foam Insulation) or 30 Year Architectural Shingles over 7/16″ OSB Sheathing. Customers can also choose to have the stock Metal Roofing installed over the 7/16″ OSB Sheathing.

If there is a unique color of vinyl siding that you would like to have to match your home, we can work with you to obtain the exact vinyl siding locally, and supply it to our builder to use on your building. In these situations, we will deduct our material cost for our stock siding from the price of your building.

For a flat $150 fee, we can raise the wall height on all of our 8′ wide Pressure-Treated, Vinyl, Painted, and Metal Garden Sheds and Utility Sheds from 6’3” up to 7’9”. With this optional ceiling height, you also get a 4’ storage loft. All 10′ wide, 12′ wide, and 14′ wide Garden Sheds and Utility Sheds already include the additional wall height and all 10×16 or larger Utility Sheds and Garden sheds include the storage loft.

*All Lofted Barns, Side-Lofted Barns, Lofted Cabins, and Lofted Garages are already maxed out height-wise to correspond with DOT interstate regulations.

We offer an interior electrical package for our buildings. For $300 you will get a 100 amp breaker box, 2 receptacles, and a single interior light (ceramic style) with corresponding light switch. We charge $50 for each additional receptacle or light w/switch.

We can customize many different aspects of your building, from wall-stud spacing, floor joist spacing, loft heights and depth, window and door placements, etc. Our builders can also build shelving, workbenches, interior partition walls, and much more. Please contact us so that we can get you a price on your customization ideas.

We do offer a build on site option for customers in some areas of WV and OH.
Please contact us for a custom quote to have a building built on site. We are unable to offer the Rent To Own payment plans on buildings that are built on site, but there is a local bank in the Parkersburg, WV area called One Main Financial who may be able to finance your project for you.
